Refunds & Exchanges
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
- We do not offer refunds, but we allow exchanges and are willing to replace any defective products.
- Exchange can only be done once per item.
- In-store exchange must be done within 7 days of purchase. Products must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
- Strictly no exchange will be accepted if there is no receipt or proof of payment
- Products can be exchanged for a different size or colour of the same design without needing a top-up.
- Exchanging for a product with a value higher than the amount you paid for the current item requires a top-up.
- Exchanging for a product with a value lower than the amount you paid for the current item will forfeit the balance.
- Products purchased with the use of discount code will not be qualified for an exchange unless you are willing to top up to the original price
- Exchange of products through mail is allowed
- All defective/ incorrect items are to reach us within 10 days of dispatched date for Singapore Orders (including self collection orders), or within 20 days for international orders.
- Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective/ incorrect for Singapore Orders Only.
