Refunds & Exchanges

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  • We do not offer refunds, but we allow exchanges and are willing to replace any defective products.
    • Exchange can only be done once per item.
  • In-store exchange must be done within 7 days of purchase. Products must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
  • Strictly no exchange will be accepted if there is no receipt or proof of payment 
  • Products can be exchanged for a different size or colour of the same design without needing a top-up.
  • Exchanging for a product with a value higher than the amount you paid for the current item requires a top-up.
  •  Exchanging for a product with a value lower than the amount you paid for the current item will forfeit the balance.
  • Products purchased with the use of discount code will not be qualified for an exchange unless you are willing to top up to the original price
  • Exchange of products through mail is allowed 
    • All defective/ incorrect items are to reach us within 10 days of dispatched date for Singapore Orders (including self collection orders), or within 20 days for international orders.
    • Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective/ incorrect for Singapore Orders Only.
