Local Shipping

Orders are processed and sent out from our main outlet (Haji Lane) to the local delivery party within 3-5 days. The local delivery party shall only deliver to the address given through the order. 

If the delivery of the order is delayed under unforeseeable circumstances that are beyond our control, we will inform you accordingly. Orders will be sent after it becomes available. The time of the delivery shall not be the essence, and neither we nor the delivery party shall be liable for any delay howsoever caused.

Bounced Parcels

In the event of bounced parcels, we will be touch in via email. Please note that, without animosity to any other right or countermeasure available to us, we may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery fees. In the event of repeated fail orders, we shall cease your order.
